Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, it’s where thoughtful design, personal comfort, and effortless gathering come together - framed by sweeping lake views and a pace that lets you exhale, gently and fully.

We imagined this place not as owners, but as guests.
What would we want to walk into? What would make us linger over coffee? What would help us truly unwind?
The answer became this: a home that’s soulful and simple. Everything here is designed to support a rich, sensory experience—where comfort is a given, and nature is always part of the story.
OUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Our design draws from nature’s palette and elemental materials—clean lines, soft textures, earthy tones, and the colors of the sun, trees, and water.
It’s a blend of Scandinavian calm and Japanese restraint. A space that feels rooted, yet open to marvel and amazement.
You’ll see our inspirations throughout: in the flowers and plants, in the music and meals, in the firelight and fresh air. These are the rhythms we return to—and the ones we’ve woven into your stay.

We’re a gardener and a stargazer—both drawn to nature and the outdoors, both believers in wonder and wandering.
